1 cup hamburger meat
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
2 jars of baby food veggies (peas, green beans, carrots, spinach)
2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
• In a pan, cook meat with olive oil.
• Once meat is brown, drain excess grease from meat.
• Then, add eggs, rice, cottage cheese and vegetables.
• Mix well.
• Let food cool to room temperature.
