2 cups of Brown Rice (cooked)
1/2 cup vegetables (chopped fine or baby food)
1 cup ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey)
1/4 cup brewer’s yeast
• In a large skillet add meat and vegetables and stir for a few minutes until
meat starts to brown.
• Next, add rice and brewer’s yeast to mixture.
• Let simmer for 5 minutes.
• Let food stand until room temperature. Then serve.
