Shipping & Return Policy FAQ

What is your Shipping Policy?

Loving Pets ships packages through USPS and FedEx. You are subject to the rates calculated through their rate calculator at checkout.  Transit time estimate is provided at checkout, Loving Pets is not responsible if deliveries take longer than expected.

Loving Pets does not hold or accept responsibility for any packages or returns that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please be sure you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

What about P.O. Boxes?

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We prefer non P.O. Box shipping addresses, but for the time being any orders to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Bowls
  • Diners
  • Accessories
These items must be in original packaging and return to us as they arrived. Refunds will not be processed until items are received and inspected. If products appear to be used, Loving Pets will not provide a refund. Return shipping costs will not be covered.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
Consumables including but not limited to:
  • Treats
  • Bones
  • Chews
What if my consumable product(s) are defective?
At Loving Pets our goal is to provide the highest quality products to you and your pet. We will address any legitimate defects with consumable products as necessary on a case-by-case basis. 

What if my product(s) arrive damaged?
Loving Pets will accept returns on goods damaged in transit, but we must receive notification of any damaged item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Who will cover the cost of shipping for returns?
Loving Pets does not provide return labels in packaging. Short of a legitimate product defect or recall, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
